第5条（企業への情報提供）

第5-1項（匿名プロフィールの提示）

1. 当社は、利用者の氏名を伏せた匿名プロフィールとして、次の6項目、すなわち イニシャル・国籍・年齢・在留資格・模擬試験の成績・日本語レベル、および最短の就業開始可能時期を、当該利用者の希望する受入区分に一致する求人企業に提示します。氏名・連絡先・顔写真等、個人を特定し得る情報は含みません。
2. 前項の提示は、利用者が本サービスの登録時に本利用規約に同意することをもって同意したものとします。
3. 利用者は、マイページの設定（企業への提示のオン／オフ）により、いつでも当該提示を停止できます。停止した場合、当社は以降、当該利用者の匿名プロフィールを企業に提示しません。

第5-2項（氏名・連絡先等の開示）

1. 氏名・連絡先その他個人を特定し得る情報は、第5-1項の匿名プロフィールには含まれず、企業からの面接依頼および面接の段階では、当該企業に開示しません。この段階の選考は、匿名プロフィールに基づいて行われます。
2. 企業が利用者の採用（内定）を決定した後、当社は、雇用手続きに必要な範囲で、当該利用者の氏名・連絡先・在留資格に関する情報その他の個人情報を、当該採用を決定した企業に限り提供します。
3. 前項の提供は、利用者が本サービスの登録時に本利用規約に同意することをもって同意したものとし（包括同意）、採用決定の都度の個別の承諾を要しません。
4. 前項の提供先は、利用者の採用を決定した企業に限られ、採用を決定していない企業に対して氏名・連絡先等が提供されることはありません。

第5-3項（所属企業への学習状況の共有）

1. 利用者が、現に雇用関係にある企業（以下「所属企業」）を通じて本サービスに登録した場合、当社は、当該利用者の学習状況（学習時間・正答状況・模擬試験の結果・合格の見込み）を、所属企業の担当者が確認できるようにします。
2. 前項の共有は、所属企業が利用者の学習を支援し、就労および在留資格に関する手続きを円滑に進めることを目的とし、利用者が登録時に本利用規約へ同意することをもって同意したものとします。
3. 利用者は、マイページの設定（学習状況の企業共有のオン／オフ）により、いつでも共有を撤回できます。撤回後、当社は以降の共有を停止します（撤回前に既に共有された情報、および法令により保存が必要な情報を除く）。
4. 本項の共有は利用者と所属企業との雇用関係に基づくものであり、第5-1項・第5-2項の求人マッチングにおける開示とは別のものです。

第6条（言語）

1. 本規約は日本語を正文とします。
2. 当社は、利用者の便宜のために本規約その他の文書の外国語への翻訳を提供することがありますが、当該翻訳は参考のために提供されるものです。
3. 日本語版と翻訳版との間に相違・齟齬がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。

Article 5 (Providing Information to Companies) — Reference translation

Article 5-1 (Presentation of Anonymous Profile)

1. We will present, as an anonymized profile in which the User's name is withheld, the following six items—namely, the User's initials, nationality, age, residence status, mock examination results, and Japanese-language level—together with the earliest date on which the User is available to commence work, to recruiting companies whose job openings match the category of acceptance desired by the User. Such presentation does not include any information by which an individual may be identified, such as name, contact information, or facial photograph.
2. The presentation set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be deemed to have been consented to by the User's agreement to these Terms of Service at the time of registration for the Service.
3. The User may, at any time, stop such presentation through the settings on My Page (toggling presentation to companies on/off). If the User stops such presentation, we will thereafter cease to present that User's anonymized profile to companies.

Article 5-2 (Disclosure of Name, Contact Information, etc.)

1. Name, contact information, and other information by which an individual may be identified are not included in the anonymized profile set forth in Article 5-1, and will not be disclosed to a company at the stage of an interview request or interview. Screening at this stage is conducted on the basis of the anonymized profile.
2. After a company decides to hire the User (job offer), we will provide the User's name, contact information, information relating to residence status, and other personal information, to the extent necessary for employment procedures, only to the company that has decided to hire the User.
3. The provision set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be deemed to have been consented to by the User's agreement to these Terms of Service at the time of registration (blanket consent), and does not require the User's individual consent on each occasion of a hiring decision.
4. The recipient of the provision set forth in the preceding paragraph is limited to the company that has decided to hire the User; name, contact information, and the like are not provided to companies that have not decided to hire the User.

Article 5-3 (Sharing of Learning Status with the Employing Company)

1. Where a User has registered for the Service through a company with which the User is currently in an employment relationship (hereinafter the "Employing Company"), we will make that User's learning status (study time, accuracy of answers, mock examination results, and likelihood of passing) available for review by the person in charge at the Employing Company.
2. The sharing set forth in the preceding paragraph is intended to enable the Employing Company to support the User's learning and to facilitate procedures relating to employment and residence status, and shall be deemed to have been consented to by the User's agreement to these Terms of Service at the time of registration.
3. The User may, at any time, withdraw such sharing through the settings on My Page (toggling the sharing of learning status with the company on/off). After withdrawal, we will cease further sharing (except for information already shared prior to withdrawal and information whose retention is required by laws and regulations).
4. The sharing under this article is based on the employment relationship between the User and the Employing Company, and is separate from the disclosure in job matching under Article 5-1 and Article 5-2.

Article 6 (Language)

1. The Japanese version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text.
2. We may provide translations of these Terms and other documents into foreign languages for the convenience of Users; provided, however, that such translations are provided for reference purposes only.
3. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and a translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
