本ページには、企業への情報提供に関する取扱い（3段階の開示、および所属企業への学習状況の共有）を掲載しています。その他の条項は順次整備し掲載します。正文は日本語です。

企業への情報提供（段階的開示）

  1. 匿名提示（第1層）：氏名を伏せた6項目（イニシャル・国籍・年齢・在留資格・模擬試験の成績・日本語レベル）＋最短就業時期を、希望区分に合う企業に提示します（利用規約 第5-1項）。
  2. 氏名開示（第2層）：氏名・連絡先は、面接の段階では企業に開示しません。企業が採用（内定）を決定した後に、雇用手続きのため、採用を決定した企業に限り提供します（登録時の規約同意に基づく包括同意・利用規約 第5-2項）。

所属企業への学習状況の共有

  1. 利用者が、現に雇用関係にある企業（以下「所属企業」）を通じて本サービスに登録した場合（自社スタッフ登録）、当社は、当該利用者の学習状況（学習時間・正答状況・模擬試験の結果・合格の見込み）を、在留資格変更支援および学習進捗の管理の目的で、所属企業の担当者が確認できるようにします。
  2. 前項の共有は、利用者が登録時に本利用規約（第5条 企業への情報提供）へ同意することをもって同意したものとします。同意がない場合、所属企業には在籍情報のみが表示され、学習状況は共有されません。
  3. 利用者は、マイページの設定（学習状況の企業共有のオン／オフ）により、いつでも同意を撤回できます。撤回後、当社は所属企業への学習状況の新たな共有を停止します（撤回前に既に共有された情報、および雇用関係に基づき企業が別途保有する情報を除く）。
  4. 本共有は、利用者と所属企業との雇用関係に基づくものであり、求人マッチングにおける候補者情報の段階的開示（匿名提示・氏名開示）とは別のものです。
学習時間は回答等の学習行動から推定した実働時間であり、画面を開いたままの放置時間は含みません（行動間隔は最大3分で計上）。

  1. Where a User has registered for the Service through a company with which the User is currently in an employment relationship (hereinafter the "Employing Company") (registration as in-house staff), we will make that User's learning status (study time, accuracy of answers, mock examination results, and likelihood of passing) available for review by the person in charge at the Employing Company, for the purposes of supporting the change of residence status and managing learning progress.
  2. The sharing set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be deemed to have been consented to by the User's agreement to these Terms of Service (Article 5, Providing Information to Companies) at the time of registration. In the absence of such consent, only enrollment information will be displayed to the Employing Company, and the learning status will not be shared.
  3. The User may, at any time, withdraw such consent through the settings on My Page (toggling the sharing of learning status with the company on/off). After withdrawal, we will cease any new sharing of the learning status with the Employing Company (except for information already shared prior to withdrawal and information otherwise held by the company on the basis of the employment relationship).
  4. This sharing is based on the employment relationship between the User and the Employing Company, and is separate from the staged disclosure of candidate information in job matching (anonymized presentation and disclosure of name).
